Our stamping department has presses from 5 ton to 150 ton capability in OBI type presses and our deep drawing department has 250 ton capability. Our processes include progressive complete stamping as well as compound, pierce and blank and fineblanking. We continuously monitor our processes through our inspection department which uses a Brown & Sharpe coordinate measuring machine for accurate inspection of customer parts as well as inspection of new tooling components. We can produce 100 part orders or 1 million part orders depending on our customers' requirements. Our best references of our quality are our customers, some of which we have worked with for 30 years or more. Deep Drawn Stampings

We have 250 ton capability in our draw presses and press bed size of 39 inches square. We were the first company in the United States to purchase AP&T/Tangent and Lagan Press deep drawing press equipment. We design tooling for customer products to be used in our presses as well as designing tooling for customers who purchase this type of equipment to be used in their own facility. We offer single draw, draw/reverse draw and draw/reverse/reduce draw capability with our equipment. We can take your idea from the drawing board to the shop floor and produce a high quality product that maintains your tolerance requirements part after part.
